The Story Behind Ghost Auto Shield
From one rented bay to the ghost fleet — built on obsession.
Ghost Auto Shield started in 2016 in a rented two-bay garage with a heat gun, a squeegee, and a stubborn refusal to hand a car back with a lifted edge. Our founder had spent six years detailing show cars and got tired of watching flawless paint get ruined by cheap film and rushed installs.
Word travelled the way it does in car circles — one satin black Huracán in the right parking lot. By 2019 we had outgrown the garage and moved into a climate-controlled studio with a dedicated dust-filtered install room, a paint correction bay, and a lighting tunnel that leaves nowhere for a defect to hide.
Today the crew runs colour changes, chrome and colour-shift specialty film, self-healing paint protection, ceramic coatings, and full detailing programmes. Supercars, restomods, work vans, daily drivers — the standard doesn't change with the badge.
